A Kearny Mesa office building has been sold for $3.8 million.

The 20,724 square foot building at 7060 Opportunity Road was sold by KNC Opportunity, Inc. to the Synergy Trust.

Nick Totah, first vice president of investments with Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, and Greg Farris, an investment associate with the firm, represented the seller.

Kathy Wang of Agnes W. Ryan represented the buyer.

Built in 1979, the building was 95 percent leased at the time of the sale.
