San Francisco investor has acquired a Mission Valley office property for $10.3 million, according to brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.
The seller of the 65,649-square-foot Mission Grove Office Park, at 1545 Hotel Circle South, was Radius Investments LLC of Santa Barbara. The buyer was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Nick Totah.
Brokers said the property was 93.6 percent leased by a total of 19 tenants at the time of sale. According to CoStar Group, the property was built in 1984 and current tenants include Deaf Community Services of San Diego Inc., Re/Max Pacific, and SPGA Architecture and Planning
